SWEET. SHORT. SIMPLE. TO THE POINT
1. BE NICE. No ooc fights, no racism, sexism or discrimination for any other reason. Pm Emma or Bobbie if you have a problem.
2. BE WRITERS. Please no one liners. 2 good paragraphs at least (about 200 words). This is about becoming better writers as well as having fun. Everyone has off days, but don't let it be a habit. Okay?
3. BE ARTSY. Do not stretch the board with images, I can't stand that. But everyone must have an avatar and a signature.
4. BE ACTIVE! You don't have to be on everyday (that would be awesome), but make a commitment. Its no fun when a site is empty, so get your friends to join too.
5. BE FAIR. No god-modding/power play or first person.
6. BE CREATIVE! Have fun with the plot, think up crazy but believable plots, play with your writing style and get fancy with coding.
7. BE REALISTIC. Not everyone is going to get pregnant, or be an orphan or get shot. Major plots points like death or pregnancy must be approved by an admin.
8. BE APPROPRIATE. Proboards is cracking down on their Terms of Service, so due to this, anything over PG 13 must fade to black. Cursing, drugs and sex are part of band life, but just remain mindful of how much you can write out directly.
9. BE VERSATILE. While it does seem like in the general population, girls outnumber guys, we don't want that to bee the case on our site. It makes for difficulties with plotting. So we need to make sure you're making guys. If you make two female characters, you have to make one male before you can make more females!
10. BE READERS. Make sure you're reading all the rules on here! Read the site rules, but also read the rules on the canon list, please! If it appears to the admins that you have not read and/or are not following those rules, your application may not be accepted.
